Inspiration

     The original composition in the musical instrument series; The Gospels. Dutch masters still-life influence and American painter; Harnett, William M. (The Old Refrain, 1886) recreation. The accomplishments and techniques I found within the use of chiaroscuro made me believe anything is possible on canvas.

Benediction
 

     Second composition of The Gospels. A study of realism and representational objects with an emphasis on size in everyday settings. What you  may not notice is the introduction of the butterfly leaving the building. The last song prior to leaving the church, Benediction.
